This website supports global delivery services, except for the Middle East and Africa regions, which are temporarily unavailable. If your shipping address is in the Middle East or Africa, we will contact you promptly and process a full refund to ensure your rights and interests are not affected.

If a package is lost before it is signed for, we and the cooperating logistics carrier will jointly bear the responsibility, and we will arrange for a free product replacement or a full refund. If the package is lost because you requested the logistics carrier to place it at your door or another designated location, the relevant losses shall be borne by you.

7.3 Product Damage
If you find the product is damaged after receipt, please contact our customer service immediately and provide clear pictures of the damaged parts as evidence. We will arrange for a free product replacement or a full refund based on the actual situation, with no additional costs borne by you.

VIII. Order Tracking & Address Modification

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase and a shipping confirmation email when the package is dispatched. 8.2 Address Modification
If you discover an error in the shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you in updating the address before the order is shipped; once the order is shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified.
